Job Description:

• Work Location: Koramangala , Bangalore.
• Shift Timings: Six days working & rotational weekly off.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering premium customer queries via call channel.
• Establish a relationship and trust with customers by ensuring qualitative service.
• Passion to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Equivalent.
• Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.
• Fresher / Experience both can apply.
• Required candidate with good English communication skills.
• Able to speak, read and write in Hindi and English.
• Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills.
• Awareness on Credit Cards/Debit Cards.
