Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for International Voice Process – Technical Support.
• 5 Days of Work (Rotational week off).
• Cab facilities are provided (Both pick up & Drop).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Post graduate can apply.
• Freshers with Good Communication skills are applicable.
• Exp: Minimum 6 Months of Experience into Voice Process.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have basic Technical knowledge
• Must be flexible to work in Rotational Shift (Includes Night Shift).

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive calls from International customers related to ISP (Internet Service Provider) issues.
• Should be responsible to give the right resolutions to the customer concerns/queries.
• Document and take accurate actions on the information gathered from client end or customers.
• Process accurately in accordance with client stipulated procedure.
