Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is Hiring For International Voice Process – Customer Support – BPO – Hyderabad.
• Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply.
• Role: Associate/Sr. Associate.
• Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customers via calls.
• Looking for immediate joiners only.
• No Sales & No Target.
• Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup and drop).
• 5 days working 2 days off.
• Work Location – Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC/Diploma/UG & PG Arts and Science/UG & PG Engineering graduates can apply.
• Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent.
• Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts – Afternoon/Night.

Salary:

• Fresher Salary Range – CTC 2.90 LPA.
• Experienced Salary – CTC 5 LPA.
