Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra looking for individual with passion to excel and deliver SLN based services meeting/exceeding customer expectations.
• Associate Focus able to respond quickly and positively to associate queries/ issues.
• Flexibility and Adaptability Should be dynamic and cope up with constantly changing environment.
• Communication – able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge on HR operations, Payroll process, Attendance & Leave Management for experience candidate.
• Teamwork – able to work with different teams and develop strong effective working relationships within and cross functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling of associate queries related to payroll and leave management for offshore and onsite.
• Providing of quality of service to associate with in defined SLA.
• Understanding of associate problems and providing accurate solutions.
• Analyse the associate requests on weekly and monthly to identify process gaps, system bugs and work with respective Core team to streamline the process.
