Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Ltd Hiring Fresher for Australian Chat Process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Undergraduate or Graduate freshers with good communication skills.
• Target driven mindset with the focus on results.
• Adaptable to changes in processes and targets.
• Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge would be prefered ( HTTP/IP Address/Routers/Wifi).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
• Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary.
• Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions.
• Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to Sales target, response time, eNPS , resolution time, customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives where applicable.
