Job Description:

• Mega Walk-in Drive for International Voice and Non Process.
• We are hiring for the position of Trainee Process Consultant for our International Voice Process in the US Healthcare sector.
• As a Trainee Process Consultant, you will be responsible for processing claims, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.
• Shifts: Candidate should be flexible with any given shifts.
• Working Days: Five days working (Saturday & Sunday fixed week offs).
• Transportation: Two Way Cab provided.
• Work Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers only (Graduates: BCom, BSC, BA, BBA, BPharma – Only Non Tech Graduates – 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 Passed Outs).
• BE/B.Tech’s, Postgraduates, Diploma holders are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process claims according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by adhering to client SLAs.
• Utilize company policies to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Input and update customer records in the company platform.
• Ensure quick and accurate decision-making to resolve customer queries.

Interview Rounds:

• 1. HR round.
• 2. Online test.
• 3. VnA Round (Only For Voice Process).
• 4. Operations Manager Round.
