• Work Mode: Work From Office.
• Work Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately process healthcare claims following established guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Update and manage customer records on our platform.
• Adhere to client SLAs to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Make quick, informed decisions to assist customers efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh Graduates from BCom, BSc, BBA, BPharma (Non-Technical fields only).
• Passouts from 2022, 2023 & 2024 batches.
• BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, and Diploma holders are not eligible for this role.
• Candidates who are flexible to work in any shift.
