Job Description:

• ResMed is hiring for Associate Engineer (Software Engineering) – Hyderabad.
• Job Type: Full Time.
• The primary role of Engineering function within Product Development team is to contribute to the design and development of new products or enhancements to existing products.
• Works closely with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
• Features are aligned to a timetable and areas of responsibility.
• Developers may interact with customers for feedback regarding product usability and desired future enhancements.
• Software Engineers who design, write, and test code for the product should be matched to Software Engineering Applications.
• Product developers who specialize in hardware systems should be matched to Hardware Engineering.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of React.js or Java Spring Boot.
• Basic understanding of software development principles, debugging, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience in web or cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of front-end or back-end frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Writing code that is optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Assisting in software development processes to meet product system requirements.
• Performing testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.
• Supporting deployments and maintenance of applications.
• Collaborating with team members and learning from guidance provided by senior engineers.
• Performs work in a specialized area that requires knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices in software development.
• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent internship/project experience.
• Performing routine professional-based activities (early in career)
• Contributing to team projects (mid-level)
• Learning from senior engineers and applying guidance in development tasks
• Builds stable working relationships internally to exchange information.
• Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
