Job Description:
- We are currently looking for a Software Engineer Trainee interested to join us in Pune, India.
- As a trainee, you will work closely with your mentor and gain experience on the technical side, and you will be interacting with a broader team both locally and globally.
What you will do:
- Work closely with your mentor to design, develop, maintain code, and participate in peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with the wider team members such as Quality Engineers, Designers, Product Management, Project/Program Management, Documentation and other departments.
- Work with the UXE team to work on proof of concepts(POCs) to evaluate user experience.
- Work with the development teams to gather information about system APIs and help shape the data that is available for UI consumption.
- Work closely with designers during brainstorming, design reviews, and iteration of UI improvement.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a technology-related discipline.
- Having an understanding of software development.
- Understanding and fundamental knowledge of web applications.
- Having knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of Java.
- Willingness to learn new things and proactively work as a part of a wider team.
