Job Description:

• Prodapt is hiring for Chat Associate (Non Voice Process) – Chennai.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to provide quick & accurate chat support within the specified TAT.
• Provide First Time Resolution to customers on Chat.
• Maintain accurate and updated knowledge of Process procedures and systems.
• Should be a quick learner. Display patience and problem solving skills.
• Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations.
• To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.

Technical Competencies:

• Typing speed and Accuracy: 25 -30 WPM with >=90% accuracy.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication in English.
• Good Listening skills and Attention to details.
• Logical and reasoning abilities to take right decisions to solve customer problems.
• Basic knowledge of Customer Service.
• Ready to work in Night shifts (9:00 pm to 6:00 am IST).
