Job Description:

• Financial support to business areas through financial analysis, budgeting, planning and forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies.
• Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
• Be flexible to work out of scheduled hours if required.
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a member of Oracle finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control.
• Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget.
• Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes.
• May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad- hoc analysis as needed.
• You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
• The Center of Excellence will have an overall manager and managers for sub group such as reporting, automation and specific processes.
• Financial analyst will execute standard reports and processes to a Service Level Agreement for use by Business Partnering Support and Field Finance.
• Reports will support standard global processes. Specific activities and responsibilities includes Produce reports to a determined schedule.
• Publish reports to SI or agreed destination.
• Highlight any issues with reports e.g. source data unavailable.
• Update users with any delays.
• Ensure reports are reviewed by manager as appropriate.
