• Graduation is mandate.
• Ability to understand moderately complex problems.
• Ability to understand and interpret source documents.
• Basic understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area.
• They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.
• When the work is non-routine, they escalate to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing.
• Based on business rules, employee needs to:
• Analyze and processes/ reprocesses transactions,
• Completes keying of information under non-standard forms of keying rules,
• Analyzes and finds solutions for individual clients/transactions.
