- NIIT is conducting interviews for Non Voice (Email and Chat) Technical support for top MNC in Hyderabad.
- To Provide Technical and customer support to Global customers.
- Resolve the queries of the customers by troubleshooting the Issue through email and chat support.
- Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate with excellent communications.
- Freshers are also eligible (No Backlogs).
- If experienced maximum 11 months of experience which is related to Customer or technical support.
- Flexible to work for rotational shifts.
