Job Description:

• Murugappa Group is hiring For Trainee – Desktop Support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only 2023 and 2024 passed outs are eligible.
• Only male candidates can apply.
• Should be self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Should be willing to take up a career in IT Infrastructure Management.
• Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in weekly 6 days working pattern.
• Willing to work for a minimum period of 2 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• E-mail configuration
• Installation & Troubleshooting:
• Antivirus, MS office, Mailing clients and other software.
• Hardware, Desktop & Laptops.
• Network, Printer & Scanner.
• Operating System – Windows.
• Patch management for desktops, laptops.
• Troubleshooting all network and application issues.
