Job Description:

• Murugappa Group is hiring For Desktop Support – Fresher.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only male candidates can apply.
• Should be self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Should be willing to take up a career in IT Infrastructure Management.
• Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in weekly 6 days working pattern.
• Willing to work for a minimum period of 2 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• E-mail configuration.
• Troubleshooting all network and application issues.
• Installation & Troubleshooting: Antivirus, MS office, Mailing clients and other software; Hardware, Desktop & Laptops; Network, Printer & Scanner; Operating System – Windows; Patch management for desktops, laptops.
