Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: Windows and Unix.
• Computer knowledge.
• Networking knowledge.
• Working knowledge of server and peripheral devices.

Process Skills:

• Identify and analyze the cause of incidents and manage to closure.
• Ensure SLA Adherence.
• Adherence of processes as per ITO Quality management system (Dont include more than 4 pointers).
• Ensure that all changes to IT service components are assessed, approved, implemented and reviewed in a controlled manner.

Behavioral Skills:

• Has responsibility and accountability for day to day operations.
• Responsible for the task assigned
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Provide timely feedback to Team lead regarding issues affecting the service.
