Job Description:

• Mphasis is hiring for For Customer Support (Non Voice) – Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must Completed Graduation (Undergraduate, Postgraduates and BE/BTech are not eligible).
• Only 2022 to 2024 pass out candidates will be considered.
• Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software).
• Must have basic skills in usage of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Must have strong interpersonal, excellent communication (write & speak) skills (comprehend and action written customer requests).
• With a desire to work in a Back-Office Operations environment.
  Willingness to work in flexible shifts and night shift.
• Willingness to work from office.
