Job Description:

• Movate Technologies is hiring Freshers For Tech Support – Hindi is mandatory.
• Salary: Fresher (CTC- 2,12,000 LPA)
• Notice: Immediate.
• Shift Time: Day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Cab Facility: No Cab.
• Interview Mode: Direct Walk-in.
• Interview Type: Face to Face.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Graduates can apply.
• Excellent communication skill is mandatory in Hindi.

Technical Skills:

• Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac).
• Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage.
• Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting Network related issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Exceptional Probing Skills.
• Should have Excellent English writing Skills.
• Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues.
• Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rate.
• Assist customers with RMA activities.
