Job Description:

• Movate Technologies is  hiring for Technical Voice Process role for English and Hindi.
• Shift Time: Day Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
• 5 days working and 2 days week off.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (WFO).

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues.
• Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rate.
• Assist customers with RMA activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher Graduates.
• We are looking for (2023-2025 passed out).
• Excellent communication skill is mandatory in English and Hindi
• Only Graduates can apply.
• Notice: Immediate.

Technical Skills:

• Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac).
• Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage.
• Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting.
