Job Summary:

Job Description:

• Supporting the customers, resolving issues, handling customer expectations. Doing all of this within a defined time frame and with good customer satisfaction.
• Learn, Learn and keep Learning!! Understand Mobileum products, telecom protocols, build knowledge that allows optimum methods and solutions for customer.
• Get trained on the standard customer support management methodologies and practices and application of the same in the projects assigned.
• Proactive in anticipating situations and delivering solutions.
• Client orientation and service-minded.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer/Telecommunications/E&E Engineering or equivalent with min 60% in final year.
• Strong communication skill. Good listener and really good at articulation of issues/discussion at hand.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking skills, efficiency, agility.
• Strong understanding of Linux, Scripting, DevOps, SQL is a must.
