Job Description:

• The opportunity is to work as a business analyst and consultant for Insurance vertical comprising Life (including investment linked), Annuity, Retirements Pensions, Property and Casualty insurance.
• Job Type: Full Time.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA Degree with specialization in Finance or Marketing or Systems. Dual specialization is also accepted.
• Experience – Preferred (not must) in IT or Financial services (including insurance) or Business Consulting industry.
• Freshers will be accepted.

Job Requirements:

• MS Excel, MS Word, Requirements Analysis, Functional specification Document.

Mandatory Skills:

• MS Word

Basic Skills Requirement:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (including presentation skills).
• Should have good documentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and Word.
• Exposure to concepts in IT industry e.g., Software development methodologies, Data base modeling concepts.
• Sound appreciation of foundational concepts leant in Management across the duration of the course covering Finance, Marketing and Systems.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries (Nice to have).
• Business s Analysis experience (Nice to have).
• Should have knowledge and experience in gathering analysis requirements, elicitation and documentation (Functional & Non-Functional Requirements).
• Should have knowledge of writing use-cases and business process modelling.
