Job Description:

• The Associate Trainee is responsible for operational tasks associated with defined benefit plans in compliance with plan provisions.
• The Associate assists in maintaining pension data, payment, payroll administration and calculates benefits.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Research participant records, process life cycle events, payroll and reconciliation.
• Provide support for special projects and other tasks as needed.
• Ensures quality service for existing clients by proactively identifying potential problems/solutions and producing timely and accurate work products.
• Accurately bills time to ensure client’s billings are correct.
• Ensures all work product is reviewed according to Milliman’s peer review guidelines.
• Assists other team members in case of volume spikes to help in meeting team targets.

Experience Desired:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience with Excel and Access is added advantage.
• Basic SQL knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with respect to all computer systems used in the performance of daily tasks.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
• High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
