Job Description:

• The DB Associate Trainee works in a team environment within their department and with other Milliman teams, possibly across office locations, and will be involved in new client implementations, ongoing client support and enhancements, expansion of services, and various other updates.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Fresh Graduate/pursuing final year.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tech/Graduate in Computer Science.
• Must possess good knowledge SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Good with at least 1 Object oriented Programming Language- Preferred.
• Proficiency with respect to all computer systems used in the performance of daily tasks.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and work with detailed pension records.
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
• High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• System coding in Milliman’s pension calculation system.
• Read and understand specification documents and develop Business Requirement Document (BRD).
• Calculate pension benefits.
• Database maintenance.
• Data edits and validations.
• Regression testing.
• Troubleshooting.
