Job Description:

• MedPlus is hiring Freshers For Management Trainee (Retail Operations) – Hyderabad.
• Departments: Retail Operations.
• Work Location: MedPlus Corporate Office M.No.11-6-56/C/NR, SY. No. 257 & 258/1 Opp. IDPL Railway Siding, Balanagar, Moosapet Rd, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana-500037.
• Relocation: Candidates residing outside Hyderabad should be willing to relocate upon selection. The company will not be responsible for bearing any relocation expenses.
• Work Agreement: A two-year service agreement with the company will be applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA Fresher (2024 or 2025 passout) with minimum CGPA of 7 or Equivalent.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and any one of the regional language listed here – Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, or Odiya.

Compensation:

• Annual CTC: Rs. 5,00,000 (Gross Monthly Salary: Rs. 29,041).
• CTC 5 Lakhs PA (Including 1 Lakh Retention Bonus). The retention bonus will be disbursed after completing 2 years, totaling ₹2 Lakhs.
• Eligible for annual performance-based appraisals, in alignment with company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor sales value and contribution percentage of private-label FMCG products across assigned stores.
• Conduct regular store audits and analyze bill data to identify promotion opportunities.
• Utilize CCTV to evaluate store-level execution.

Training & Store Engagement:

• Educate store staff on product features and selling techniques.
• Create role-play videos for knowledge enhancement.
• Act as the liaison between category planning and store operations.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure zero warehouse returns (due to expiry, damages, etc.)
• Collaborate with supply chain for timely replenishments.

Merchandising & Display Execution:

• Ensure planogram compliance and standardization of product placements.
• Improve shelf aesthetics and visibility.

Promotions & Marketing Support:

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct clearance drives for near-expiry products.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Provide reports on sales trends, inventory turnover, and marketing outcomes.
• Use data insights to propose growth strategies.

New Product Launches:

• Support launch of private label products.
• Monitor initial sales performance and gather customer feedback.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Selection Process:

• Written Test: Scheduled for June 21st 2025, starting at 9:30 AM. This 1-hour 30 minutes test includes logical ability, data interpretation, and reading comprehension. • Written Test Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Vijayawada, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata. The written test location details will be shared with Shortlisted candidates via email or WhatsApp.
• Rounds of Screening: Written Test & Personal Interview.
• Candidates appearing for the test in Hyderabad are requested to wait for approximately 2 hours at the test venue for the results. Those who qualify in the written test will proceed to attend the face-to-face personal interview on the same day
• Candidates appearing for the test at locations outside Hyderabad may leave the venue after completing the test. Results will be announced the following day, and shortlisted candidates will be informed via email or WhatsApp. The personal interview will be conducted online, and the schedule will be shared through the email or WhatsApp.
