Job Description:

• Itron is hiring Freshers For Apprentice (Testing) – Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop test cases for the given requirements and design.
• Automate the test cases using Selenium or Cypress.
• Develop test inputs.
• Work independently as much as possible.
• Report roadblocks, design issues, etc to Team Lead.
• Report status of tasks daily.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and ownership skills.
• Strong hands-on knowledge on Test Process and Methods.
• Programming knowledge in Java / JavaScript.
• Should have good knowledge on Test Automation Framework – TestNG, Junit.
• Good knowledge of Automating Web Applications using Selenium WebDriver with unit frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, BDD, TDD).
• Good knowledge on developing and maintaining object repository using Page Object Model, Page Factory.
• Knowledge on API Testing using POSTMAN.
• Knowledge / Experience in defining test strategies at different development levels.
• Experience in working with various Test Management tools like Jira, ADS.
• Good knowledge on Database concepts.

• Candidate must be graduated from the college located in Karnataka, India.
