Job Description:

• We are hiring for Customer Support Voice Process for Bengaluru.
• Please walk-in for the interview on 2nd of December 2024 in Bengaluru.
• The role requires to handle customer service queries through calls while delivering Excellent feedback.
• Work From Office is mandatory.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Shifts: 24/7.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Customer Support – Full Time Graduates.
• Should have excellent communication Skills
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Responds to customer queries by understanding the enquiry.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Should have Empathy and take responsibility
• Should be comfortable to work in complete Night Shift
• Should be comfortable to work from Office.
• Should be comfortable to take Inbound customer calls (Approx 30-40 Calls per day).

 Documents to Carry:

• Carry a printout your updated resume.
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents needs to be available for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM, Provisional and Original Degree).
