Job Description:

• Infosys BPM Walk-in Drive For Only BSc, BCom, BBA, MCA, MSc (No BE/BTech) at Chennai on 5th July 2025.
• Shifts: US Shift.
• Designation: Process Executive.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners only.
• Work Location: Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work primarily in Night shift along with weekend support.
• We need immediate joiners only.
• PAN is mandatory to attempt assessments, ensure to have PAN available.

Skillsets:

• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Basic Computer Skills and Basic knowledge in MS office with a strong knowledge in MS Excel and formulae.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
• Active participation in team building activities.
• Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs.
• Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
• Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines within agreed timelines, with an objective to meet SLA
• Ensure the defined performance parameters are met and exceeded within guidelines, policies agreed.
• Should have degree in banking or financial services domain.
• Identifying and resolving fraud issues & Mortgage.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, collaborating & time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of fraud trends and patterns.
• Intermittent knowledge in MS Excel & Power point.
• Good communication.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently.

Interview Information:

• Reporting Time: 09:30 AM till 11:00 AM.
• Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
• Round 2 – Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:30 PM to 04:00 PM).
• Post 11:30 AM (entry not allowed).
