Job Description:

• Infosys BPM Walkin Drive For Customer Support (Voice Process) – Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level resolution and empathetic customer care.
• Handle objections, build rapport, and ensure smooth resolutions.
• Stay informed on product updates and tools.
• Log tickets, track cases, and ensure timely follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs).
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal – English).
• Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shifts).
• Commitment to 100% Work from Office (No Hybrid).
• Readiness to complete client-specific training.
• Ability to handle 24×7 rotational shifts.

Preferred:

• Basic understanding or any customer support certification.
