Job Description:

• Infinx Healthcare is hiring for HR Trainee – Hyderabad.
• Working Days: 5 Days (Sat & Sun fixed off).
• The Location will be Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an HR Trainee specializing in recruitment backend operations, you will be the backbone of our hiring process. You will work closely with senior recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment flow. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively search for potential candidates using various platforms, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments to determine suitability for open positions.
• Maintain and update the data with accurate candidate information and hiring process status.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, manage interview calendars, and handle follow-ups.
• Assist with all other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, managing new-hire paperwork, and processing recruitment-related documents.
• Undertake any other assignments or tasks delegated by the recruitment manager or supervisor to support the team’s goals.
