Job Description:

  • Infinite Computer Solutions is hiring for BPO Associate (Voice Process) – Visakhapatnam (Vizag).
  • Probation Period: 3 Months.
  • Stipend: 16000/- (During Probation Period).
  • Salary: 3.6 LPA (Post Probation Period).
  • Joining Time: Immediate.
  • Shift: Night shift.
  • Transport: Two-way cab provided.
  • Bond: 2 years (2 Lakh penalty if broken).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • BSc/BCom/BA/BCA/BBA/BE, BTech, MCA/Any Post Graduation, Any Specialization.

Skills Required:

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, policies, and processes.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a friendly and professional approach in all interactions.
  • Escalation Management: Identify and route critical issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
  • Quality & Performance: Meet KPIs, participate in training, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.
