Job Description:

• IBM is hiring for Procure To Pay Analyst.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) transaction processing within Accounts Payable.
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Prioritize invoice processing to minimize outstanding aging.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries effectively.
• Recognize potential issues, suggest corrective measures, and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay operations.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to match invoices, identify discrepancies, and resolve exceptions.
• Strong communication skills — Good English communication is mandatory.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in US Shifts.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa (added advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to process changes.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal collaboration skills.
