Eligibility Criteria:

• 65%/6.5 CGPA in BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA.
• 60%/6.0 CGPA in SSLC/Xth, HSC/PUC/XII, Diploma or Equivalent.
• Eligible Branches: CS, IT, ISE, EE, ECE, EEE, EIE, AEIE, ETE, Robotics.
• No arrears at the time of application and joining.

Compensation:

• BE/BTech/MCA: Rs. 4.25 LPA + Onetime settling allowance of Rs. 25000
• ME/MTech: Rs. 4.65 LPA + Onetime settling allowance of Rs. 25000.

Selection Process (All rounds are elimination rounds):

• Cognitive Ability Games (Cognify).
• Learning Agility Assessments.
• English Languages Test.
• Coding Test.
• Interview(s).

Note:

• Only Women Candidates will be considered.
• Institutions, Where IBM had already conducted campus hiring drive for Associate System Engineer role for 2020 batch, will not be eligible to attend this event.
