Job Description:

• Program Name: Competence Learning Academy (CLA) Program.
• Event: Off Campus Hiring.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for assessment & selection process.
• Training & Post Training job will be operated in hybrid mode (online/offline).
• For ‘offline-mode’, shortlisted candidates will require to visit “HELLA, Gurugram – Corporate Center” as and when the trainings are scheduled.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Year of Passing: 2021, 2022 Batch with no backlog.
• Basic to intermediate skills in the area of IT
• Good English verbal and writing skills. German language skills are an advantage.
• Communicative and open-minded personality, willingness to learn new topics
• Active participation and self-motivation in a global team

Interview Process:

HELLA on-campus recruitment drive and interview process is two rounds:

• 1. Written (Aptitude + Technical) MCQ Test.
• 2. Personal Interview.
