Job Description:

• HCLTech is Hiring for US Technical Support (Blended Process).
• Process Type: Technical Support (Blended).
• Work Location: HCL Technologies, Sector 126, Noida.

Eligibility Criteria:

• For Experience – Any Graduate.
• For Freshers – Candidates with B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MBA, Pharma or Law backgrounds are not eligible.
• Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate (Educational Qualification: B.Com/BA/BBA/M.Com/MA, BSc).
• Graduation Result awaited or Regular Pursuing candidates or will not be considered.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in 24×7 US shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation.
