Job Description:

• HCL Technologies is hiring freshers for Graduate Trainee – CFO office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 60% and above throughout the academics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing Management reports covering Financial highlights on Quarterly/Monthly spent with respect to budget.
• Forecasting and Analysis : Managing & Co-ordinating the business’ s monthly forecasting process.
• Prepare reports on Financial performance of respective Enabling departments.
• Responsible for Automations of various business reports in Qlik tool and automation of MIS process to help improve productivity.
• To conduct Financial & Operational (F&O) Audits for Finance Shared Services (FSS).

Required Skills:

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / MS Project.
