Job Description:

• HCLTech is hiring for the Fresher.
• Walk-In For Freshers – International Voice & Semi Voice Process.
• Shifts – Night shift.
• Work Location: Sholinganallur ELCOT Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only 2021, 2022, 2023 Passed Candidates (without standing Arrears) are eligible to walkin.
• Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream.
• Freshers with good English Communication is Mandatory.
• Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrears).
• Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones between 6 PM to 5 AM.
• Must be skilled in MS Word and Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fresher with good communication.
• Adhere to TAT and accuracy, report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI’s/SLA’s as per agreed timelines.
• Exposure into Helpdesk metrics.
• Excellent Communication to handle International clients.

Interview Process:

• Rounds of Interview: HR Screening, Versant Test and Operations Interview.
• Versant Test – Bring your Head phones with you to take up the versant test.
