Job Description:

• We are seeking passionate and driven Product Engineer – Freshers to join our dynamic team at HARMAN DTS.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to contribute to innovative technology projects across a wide range of industries.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, learn cutting-edge technologies, and help build digital products that enhance customer experiences globally.
• As a Product Engineer, you will be part of the entire product development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment, gaining hands-on experience in real-world projects while being mentored by industry experts.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to understand product requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software modules for scalable and high-performance applications.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices and standards.
• Work on enhancing existing products and building new features from scratch.
• Assist in creating technical documentation and support materials.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends relevant to digital products and engineering.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and planning.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field (Graduating Year: 2024/2025).
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals and knowledge of languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Internship/project experience in software/product development is a plus.

What Is Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to mobile development (Android/iOS) or web development frameworks.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
