Job Description:

• Genpact Walk-In drive for Customer Service: Voice & Non Voice (Content Moderation) roles.
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office).

Eligibility & Job Responsibilities: Voice Process

• Any Graduate (Except law).
• Work Experience: 0-4 years of experience.
• Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Eligibility & Job Responsibilities: Non Voice Roles

• Any Graduate (Except Law).
• Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
• Freshers are eligible.
• Process Associate, Content Moderation roles (Language specialist – Hindi+English).
• Candidate should be able to read/speak/comprehend Hindi and English (Both) languages.
• Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills.
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
