• Genpact Mega Virtual Drive for the role of Process Associate, Non Voice – English Language – Ahmedabad.
• Work Model: Work from office.
• Shift Timing: Flexible with any shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Graduate except Law.
• Freshers are also eligible.
• Experience Required: 0-2 years.
• Fluency in English Language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective probing skills and analyzing /understanding skills.
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
