• Genpact Mega Virutal Drive for Recruitment Roles (Third Party Payroll).
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office).
• n this role, you will be a part of the core sourcing team and drive different channels for timely delivery.
• Need to understand every requirement from business as it comes in and drive sourcing in the right direction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (except Law).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Meaningful experience in recruitment, preferably in BPM.
• Excellent comm. skills Verbal & Written.
• Good Excel/Presentation skills.

• Ability to drive compliance & process adherence.
