Job Description:

• Genpact Mega Virtual Drive for Human Resource Executive (Campus Recruitment-Off Role) – Hyderabad.
• Work Model: Contractual Off role for 1 year, with the possibility of conversion to permanent basis based on performance, Work from office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA-HR with excellent communication skills .
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Proven experience in campus recruitment or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of campus recruiting trends, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Campus Outreach:

• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to enhance the company’s campus recruitment program.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, campus drives, and other events to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Proactively source and identify fresh talent through various channels such as campus events, social media, job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with the company’s values.

Interview and Selection:

• Coordinate and conduct on-campus interviews and assessment centres.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate regular reports on campus recruitment metrics and activities.
