Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
  • Freshers are eligible (Result awaited candidates/2024 pass-outs are eligible).
  • Candidates upto 2 year experience in voice process are eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective probing skills and analyzing /understanding skills.
  • Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.
  • You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift).

Job Responsibilities (Customer Service-Voice):

  • Respond to customer queries and customers concern.
  • Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
  • You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Job Responsibilities (Customer Service-Non Voice):

  • Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
  • Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
  • Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
  • Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
