Job Description:

• Genpact Walk-in drive for Customer Service Roles – Hyderabad.
• Languages Known: English.
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Only Freshers are eligible.
• we are not considering post graduates/ undergraduate/pursuing candidates for these roles.
• Graduation in any discipline except law (only 2020 to 2024 passed outs are eligible).
• Excellent Voice Communication Skills.
• Must possess knowledge of Email Clients & Basics of Internet Technology (Websites, Domains, Hosting, Browsers, Security, etc.
• Relevant experience in Customer Support through Phone and good in basic technical skills & Sales techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern.
• Making outbound calls to Customers and Employers.
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
• Reproduce customer issues and bring up product bugs.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Responsible to showcase tried work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment.
