• Working knowledge of Test Management tool.
• Writing and executing manual test cases.
• Test data creation.
• Understanding of Defect lifecycle.
• Defect logging.
• Functional testing.
• Understanding of test design techniques for black box testing.
• Understanding of Test estimation methodologies.
• Good experience in testing SQL queries and stored procedures
•  Good communication and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Should be stable in jobs.

Nice to have Skills:

• Exposure to automating web applications using Selenium with Java/C# (any framework).
• Knowledge of Web driver, Selenium IDE.
• Ability to understand Java code.
• Knowledge of Eclipse of Visual studio.
• Exposure to Performance testing.
• Understanding of Automation Frameworks.
• Experience of working on test automation tools QTP 10 or latest.
• Descriptive programming, OR, OTA, Strong VB scripting.
• Exposure to Performance testing.
• Understanding of Automation Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in VSTS 2012 Testing tools (TFS and MTM) and Coded-UI.
• Strong C# skills mandatory.
• Good knowledge about OOP’s concepts.
• Exposure to Performance testing.
• Understanding of Automation Frameworks.
