Job Description:
- Firstsource Mega Walkin Drive For Technical Support Executive (Broadband & Wi-Fi Support) – Bangalore.
- We are looking for dynamic and tech-savvy individuals to join our Technical Support team for Broadband & Wi-Fi Services.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/BTech/BCA Freshers.
- Candidates with prior experience in Technical Support (Voice or Non-Voice).
- Good communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Basic understanding of networking, broadband, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- BE, B.Tech, or BCA (mandatory).
- Work Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates in technical support are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, Modem, Router setup, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries related to broadband and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Diagnosing technical problems remotely and providing effective solutions.
- Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and configurations.
- Logging and tracking customer requests using the CRM system.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support when required.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional handling of support issues.
