Job Description:

• Firstsource is Hiring for International Voice Process – Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate solutions.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and meet/exceed quality and productivity targets.

What Were Looking For:

• Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or Any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
• B.TECH, B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a voice-based international BPO (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US/UK accent preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
