Job Description:

• Firstsource is hiring for Customer Support Associate – Claims Processing – Hyderabad.
• A Customer Support Associate (CSA) in this role deals with resolving customer queries for various process related tasks.
• The associate provides appropriate solutions to the customer while providing a high level of customer service and accurate information.
• Division: Healthcare international Business
• Shift: 5.30 – 3.30 PM.
• Cab Boundary Limit – Upto 30kms (One Way Drop).

Minimum Eligibility:

• Only Arts & Science and Diploma can apply.
• 2021 to 2023 Passed out can only apply.
