Job Description:
- Firstsource is hiring For Hiring for Customer Support Associate (CSA) For Non Voice and Blended Process – Bangalore.
- Non-Voice Process Associate (UK Shift).
- Blended Process Associate Voice & Non-Voice (UK Shift).
- Shift Timings: UK Shift.
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass and above.
- B.Tech and Postgraduate freshers are not eligible.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet browsing).
- Prior BPO or customer support experience is an added advantage.
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Non Voice Process
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat support.
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
- Accurately update customer details in internal systems.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of open issues.
- Deliver high-quality service in line with defined KPIs.
Key Responsibilities: Blended Process (Voice + Non Voice)
- Handle both voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice (email/chat) interactions.
- Address customer concerns with clarity, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while keeping the customer informed.
- Ensure all communication is documented and updated in real-time.
- Meet performance metrics like First Call Resolution (FCR), Accuracy, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Interview Process:
