Job Description:

  • Firstsource is hiring For Hiring for Customer Support Associate (CSA) For Non Voice and Blended Process – Bangalore.
  • Non-Voice Process Associate (UK Shift).
  • Blended Process Associate Voice & Non-Voice (UK Shift).
  • Shift Timings: UK Shift.
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass and above.
  • B.Tech and Postgraduate freshers are not eligible.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet browsing).
  • Prior BPO or customer support experience is an added advantage.
  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Non Voice Process

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat support.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Accurately update customer details in internal systems.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of open issues.
  • Deliver high-quality service in line with defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities: Blended Process (Voice + Non Voice)

  • Handle both voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice (email/chat) interactions.
  • Address customer concerns with clarity, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while keeping the customer informed.
  • Ensure all communication is documented and updated in real-time.
  • Meet performance metrics like First Call Resolution (FCR), Accuracy, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
