Job Description:
- Firstsource is seeking Customer Service Executives for its International Voice Process.
- The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for international customers, delivering professional and efficient support while ensuring compliance with organizational service standards and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates/Undergraduates from any discipline
- B.Tech and PG freshers are not eligible.
- B.Tech and PG candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience may be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to established call handling procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as per defined processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent and effective service.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Demonstrate strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills during customer interactions.
Note:
