Job Description:

  • Firstsource is seeking Customer Service Executives for its International Voice Process.
  • The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for international customers, delivering professional and efficient support while ensuring compliance with organizational service standards and quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates/Undergraduates from any discipline
  • B.Tech and PG freshers are not eligible.
  • B.Tech and PG candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to established call handling procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as per defined processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent and effective service.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills during customer interactions.

Note:

  • If interested please come down to office for walk-in interview from Monday- Friday.
