• Firstsource is Hiring for International Chat Support Executive.
• Department: Customer Support.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries and provide support through live chat.
• The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
• Good written English communication.
• Typing speed of at least 25 -30 wpm.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet.
• Willing to work in UK shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
